Chemlogic Precision Materials manufactures a variety of flyer bows for the Kinrei family of high-speed bunching machines from the HK300 all the way to the new NB914.
Our steel bows are made from fully hardened alloy and CNC milled for precision. They are identical to OEM size and weight to fit your machine without modification. We assemble our bows with OEM-style guides, in addition to offering several other options including Tungsten Carbide. You can also buy any of our bows unassembled. Although the steel bows are very hard, abrasion of the wire on the bare steel surface will eventually cause a channel to form which can result in high strands. To prevent this, we can fit the bows with a specially treated steel wear plate, formed to fit the groove with the loss of only .012″ of wire path. A regular program of changing wear plates can extend the life of your bow by many months.
Our carbon fiber bows are handmade using a proprietary process which allows us to pack the most strength in the areas that receive the highest forces when the bow is in motion. We fit our carbon fiber bows with the hardest wear plates available and can customize them with your choice of guides.
